All sales are final.

Every piece is sold as-is. No returns. No refunds. No exchanges. No warranty from us.

Look at the actual piece in Elk Grove before you pay. If it isn’t what we described, leave it. Once you pay and take it, the sale is done — including if you change your mind, it doesn’t fit, or you notice something you could have seen on the floor.

A hold is not a sale. Messaging us only asks us to set a piece aside. The sale happens when you pick it up and pay cash or Zelle.
