How it works
Three grades. That’s the whole system.
Some pieces were only opened. A few were sat on. The grade is the difference, and the price follows it.
New in box
Sealed returns and unused company stock.
Factory packaging, or boxed again after a check. Never lived with. Legs and hardware are in the carton. This is a return from the company or leftover new stock — not a used piece.
See new in box pieces →Grade A
Open box. Not used.
Unboxed or assembled so we could inspect it. Not used. Any visible mark is noted on the listing. Priced under what the same model costs new.
See grade a pieces →Grade B
Open box. Lightly used.
Sat on, staged, or lived with briefly. Any visible mark is noted on the listing.
See grade b pieces →- We do not call a piece new if the box was opened and someone lived with it.
- Grade A is open box and not used. Any visible mark is noted on the listing.
- Grade B is open box and lightly used. Any visible mark is noted on the listing.
- The crossed-out price on each listing is what that model lists for new.
How a piece leaves here
- Pick a piece. Everything listed is on the floor. Sets are priced as a set.
- Text a hold. Text us the piece. We confirm it’s still on the floor before you drive.
- See it, then take it. Pickup in Elk Grove. Look at the actual piece. If it isn’t what we described, leave it.
